We collect the following personal data: — Email address: provided voluntarily when you join our waitlist. We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g. health data, political opinions, or financial information) and we do not use cookies or tracking technologies on this website.
4. Purpose and Legal Basis
Your email address is processed for the following purpose: — To notify you about the launch of the hldr. beta and related product updates. The legal basis for this processing is your freely given consent (Art. 6 nDSG). You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
5. Data Retention
We retain your email address for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose described above, or until you request deletion. Once hldr. has launched and you have been notified, we will either delete your data or ask for renewed consent to continue communication.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Access to the data is restricted to authorised persons only.
7. Data Processors
We use the following third-party service providers to operate this website and store your data. Each has been selected for compliance with applicable data protection standards: — Vercel Inc. (USA): Website hosting. Data processing agreement in place. — Supabase Inc. (USA, EU region): Database hosting. Data is stored in the EU. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
8. International Data Transfers
Our service providers (Vercel, Supabase) are based in the United States. Data transfers to these providers are carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses (SCCs) where required. Supabase database storage is located in the EU.
